This internship offers hands-on exposure to executive-level operations, project coordination, and organizational management in a fast-paced professional services environment.This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate seeking practical experience in executive support, business administration, human resources operations, or management.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Administrative Support: Assist with calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, and appointment tracking. Draft and organize reports, presentations, and correspondence. Maintain electronic files, records, and documentation. Support travel coordination and expense tracking as needed. Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretionOperational & Business Support: Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders as directed. Assist with basic project tracking and follow-up on action items. Provide administrative support for HR functions, including onboarding coordination. Support business development and operational tasks as assigned.
