The Role
T1 Energy is looking to hire a Production Operator which will be responsible for driving and executing the day-to-day work of the production line while ensuring that quality and safety standards are met. Production Operators continuously monitor the performance and efficiency of production equipment and communicate with the Line Leader about any line issues. You will be required to work 12-hour shifts (4-3 / 3-4).

What You’ll Do
- Communicate production information to the Line Leader and fellow Operators
- Performs all duties in a safe, reliable, and efficient manner as instructed by the Line Leader
- Verifies that the correct material is being consumed at the production line according to the Build of Materials
- Identify and record acceptable and defective products
- Assembles, inspects, and cleans solar modules per work instructions
- Operate and conduct continuous monitoring of automated machinery
- Perform continuity testing using a meter
- Connect cables and wires to complete assemblies and installations
- Perform basic quality auditing, testing, and troubleshooting functions to ensure product
- Clean machines, tools, and equipment
- Other duties or tasks as assigned by leadership.
- Ability to read and understand technical documents, manuals, and instructions
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment to meet production targets and deadlines
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with other team members
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work overtime and/or flexible shift hours when required
- High school diploma or equivalent
