We are Growing! Join the T. Webber team as a Service Plumbing Technician in the Hudson Valley! T. Webber in is actively seeking a full-time Residential Service Plumbing Technician to diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems. Whether customers need us to install full piping and new fixtures or simply need a drain unclogged, we have them covered. You will be responsible for diagnoses, service, and repair of all aspects of residential plumbing including but not limited to gas line installation and testing, hot water tank and tank-less installation and service, shower valve installation and repair, as well as kitchen faucets and garbage disposals.

Pay Range: $20-$40 Per Hour Bonus & Commissions

Responsibilities:

• Build and establish customer rapport to ensure we are providing great service
• Educate and assist customers on their home, finance options, and maintenance plans
• Be professional and knowledgeable: keep current on manufacturer's products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair
• Prepares for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials and coordinating on-site work, as necessary
• Documents work by completing paperwork on each job
• Provides technical support to customers
• Troubleshoot, diagnose identify and repair residential plumbing ranging from faucet repairs, and water heater installations, to repipes with appropriate tools and materials for repair
• Uses a variety of hand tools, following blueprints, wiring diagrams, piping schemes, or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units
• Train and mentor apprentices as needed
• Participate actively in training and meetings
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure the satisfaction of our customer base and to win referrals
• Commit to high standards of ethics, honesty, and integrity

Requirements:

• 1 year of plumbing experience
• Possess basic hand tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Self-motivated, responsible, punctual and professional
• Must be able to multi-task and work independently as well as contribute to the overall success of the team
• Must have a valid driver’s license, possess and maintain a satisfactory driving record
