Divisional FP&A Manager

Your Tasks

• Lead and oversee all controlling activities within the Industry division.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
• Ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost structures and profitability.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement in controlling processes and tools.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in controlling or financial management, ideally in an industrial environment.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to manage and develop teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and regions.

Additional Information

• The anticipated annual base pay range for this full-time position is $130,000 – $150,000. Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include an annual bonus target, subject to eligibility and other requirements. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to employees, including a 401(k) plan with employer match, up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents and 2 weeks for other parents, health plans (medical, dental, and vision), life insurance and disability, and generous paid time off.
