T&T Repair is growing fast and we’re looking for a sales-minded go-getter to help us land new fleet accounts and drive business in Northern Utah.
This isn’t a sit-at-your-desk-all-day kind of role. We’re looking for someone who’s confident, sharp, and thrives out in the field — talking to people, making connections, and closing deals.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Hunting down new fleet leads and getting them in the door
- Following up and following through — we don’t do half-effort here
- Selling our fleet maintenance and repair services
- Building relationships and turning them into steady, long-term customers
- Working alongside a badass team that’s building something big
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone with sales experience (or just a natural closer)
- You’re sharp, competitive, and don’t wait around for someone to tell you what to do
- You’re great with people and can talk trucks with anyone — from dispatchers to fleet managers
- You’re not afraid to cold call or walk into a yard and introduce yourself
- You like earning based on results — the more you bring in, the more you make
