Pool Service Technician
T & T Pool Service – Marathon & Duck Key, FL
T & T Pool Service is a locally owned and operated pool company serving Marathon and Duck Key. We’re looking for a dependable Pool Service Technician to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, being outdoors, and working independently.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform weekly pool and spa maintenance for residential and vacation rental properties
- Test and balance pool and spa water chemistry
- Skim, brush, and vacuum pools as needed
- Empty pump and skimmer baskets
- Inspect equipment and report any issues or needed repairs
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance at customer properties
- Communicate clearly with management regarding pool conditions or concerns
Requirements:
- English speaker (must be able to communicate with management and customers)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently once trained
Schedule & Hours:
- Tuesday through Friday
- Approximately 32 hours per week
- Additional hours available if needed
Experience:
- No experience required
- Paid training provided
- Pay increases as training is completed and once working independently
