POOL Cleaning Technician

Role and Responsibilities
Physical Ability: Able to lift heavy stuff, work in all weather, and handle repetitive tasks without breaking a sweat.
Swimming Skills: You’ll need to be comfortable in the water.
Independence: Self-starters who can get the job done on their own with 100% success.
Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is a must. We’ll provide you with a company vehicle (and take care of maintenance).
- Candidates must possess at minimum of at least 1 year related pool industry experience
- Must have excellent verbal communication skills
Qualifications and Education Requirements

- Due to driving insurance purposes in the state of Florida, we are required to have our candidate be a minimum of at least 25 years of age to perform this role.
- All candidates must be able to pass our background check process
Preferred Skills
What You’ll Do:
- Pool Maintenance: From scrubbing tiles to skimming debris, you’ll handle all things pool care.
Water Chemistry: Test and balance the water to make sure it’s safe and swim-ready.
Equipment Care: Clean out baskets, backwash filters, and keep everything running smoothly.
Customer Service: Chat with customers, answer questions, and make sure they’re happy with the service.
Tech Tools: Use your phone and our Pool Brain cloud account to stay on top of tasks and communicate easily.
- Paid Per Pool: The more pools you take responsibility for, the more money you can make.
Competencies

- Full Time - Monday to Friday ( day time hours)
- Paid Per Pool/Not By The Hour: $11.00 - $11.50 depending upon your overall experience
- Position is bonus eligible
