What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Plumber position at T & T Plumbing & Heating?
Service Plumber - Experienced | $30.00 to $40.00 per hour, depending on experience
Work Hours: Monday through Friday | 8:00am to 5:00pm | Occasional overtime
Position Overview:
- Perform scheduled and emergency plumbing service calls for residential and light commercial customers
- Complete skilled plumbing repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting on a wide range of fixtures and plumbing systems
- Install traditional and tankless water heaters, kitchen and bathroom fixtures, and related plumbing accessories
- Oversee and mentor apprentices while ensuring quality workmanship and jobsite safety

What We Are Looking For:
- 4 years' experience in pluming, installation & repair or combination of education and experience
- Indiana state Journeyman Plumbers License or apprentice card desired
- Experienced in use tools of the trade including but not limited to plumbing snakes, and augers etc.
- Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures
- Ability to handle the physical workload and perform physical labor for extended periods of time.
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Willing to work in all types of weather
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current valid driver's license and insurable driving record
