Concrete Worker / Concrete Finisher | Commercial Construction | Full-Time
T&S Construction Solutions is hiring experienced Concrete Workers and Concrete Finishers to join our growing team in Panama City, Florida. If you have experience placing, finishing, forming, or repairing concrete and take pride in producing quality work, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities
- Prepare job sites for concrete placement.
- Set and strip concrete forms.
- Install reinforcing steel (rebar) and wire mesh.
- Place, spread, screed, and level concrete.
- Finish concrete using hand and power tools.
- Edge, joint, broom, stamp, or texture concrete as required.
- Assist with pouring slabs, foundations, sidewalks, curbs, gutters, walls, and other concrete structures.
- Perform patching, repairs, and concrete restoration when needed.
- Operate power tools and small construction equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow company safety policies and OSHA standards.
- Work as part of a team to complete projects safely and on schedule.
Qualifications
- Experience in concrete construction preferred.
- Experience with concrete finishing, forming, or flatwork is a plus.
- Ability to read a tape measure and follow directions.
- Knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required.
