Concrete Foreman | Commercial Concrete | Civil Construction | Full-Time
T&S Construction Solutions is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead crews on commercial and civil construction projects throughout Northwest Florida. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with experience managing concrete crews, reading construction plans, coordinating schedules, and delivering quality work safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise concrete crews on commercial and civil construction projects.
- Coordinate daily job site activities to meet production schedules.
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Lay out work and ensure projects are completed accurately.
- Supervise concrete forming, reinforcing steel placement, pours, finishing, and curing.
- Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and inspectors.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site.
- Perform quality control inspections throughout all phases of construction.
- Schedule labor, equipment, and materials efficiently.
- Train, mentor, and develop crew members.
- Enforce company safety policies and OSHA standards.
Qualifications
- 5 years of concrete construction experience
- 2 years of experience as a Foreman, Crew Leader, or Superintendent preferred
- Experience with commercial, industrial, or civil concrete construction
- Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
- Knowledge of forming systems, rebar placement, concrete placement, finishing, and curing
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
