T.P.I. Building Code Consultants is expanding our team and looking for an experienced ICC-certified Building Inspector to join us!
We are seeking a highly qualified professional who holds either a:
🏆 Certified Building Official (CBO)
💰 $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
OR
🏆 Master Code Professional (MCP)
💰 $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Current ICC certifications
- CBO or MCP designation
- Strong knowledge of building codes and code enforcement
- Experience conducting residential and/or commercial inspections
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently while supporting a strong team environment
- Municipal/code consulting experience is highly valued
