Duties
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials
- Load and unload construction materials and equipment safely and efficiently
- Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and productivity
- Follow all safety guidelines, wear protective gear, and report hazards immediately
- Assist in setting up temporary structures such as barricades or signage for site safety
Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work effectively within a team
- Basic understanding of construction site safety practices is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Reliable transportation to job sites; flexibility to work various shifts as needed
