Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payments
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Maintain organized and accurate documentation for audits and internal reviews
- Support compliance with tax and regulatory requirements
- Provide support during month-end and year-end close processes
- Generate billing reports and account statements for management
- Collaborate with other departments (sales, customer service, operations) to streamline accounting processes
- Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
- Data entry accuracy
- Clear communication
- Excellent attention to detail

- Ability to meet critical deadlines
- Highest level of integrity
- High school diploma is required
- 2-3 years of accounting experience preferred
