T-Market is now hiring an Administrative Assistant/Operations Assistant to help our General Manager handle daily operations and management tasks.
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of work experience in the catering industry;
- At least 2 years of work experience in the retail industry (supermarkets, convenience stores, malls, etc.);
- Fluent in both Chinese and English, able to communicate effectively in both spoken and written forms;
- Good communication, organizational, coordination, and execution skills;
- Proficient in using Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.);
- Able to assist with daily administrative, HR, and operational coordination tasks;
- Responsible, with strong learning ability and stress resistance.
Preferred:
- Work experience in supermarkets, catering, or chain retail companies;
- Experience in recruitment, HR, staff training, or scheduling;
- Experience in project coordination and cross-department communication.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist General Manager in handling company management tasks;
- Assist in daily operational coordination for the catering and retail departments;
- Help management complete various operational and administrative tasks;
- Complete other relevant tasks assigned by the company.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
