Heavy Equipment Operator

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery to support construction projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and precision on-site. Your expertise will help drive project success from start to finish, contributing to the development of infrastructure and commercial properties. Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, paving machine , and other machinery safely and efficiently across multiple construction sites.
• Manage the operation of specialized vehicles including concrete mixers, front loader trucks, dump trucks
• Assist with site preparation activities such as grading, excavation, paving, loading/unloading materials, and site cleanup.
• Follow all safety protocols and construction regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and meet project deadlines effectively.

Skills

• Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment including dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators and paving machine ,
• Construction site experience with an understanding of safety procedures and site protocols.
• Familiarity with paving is a plus.

Pay: $30.00 - $30.87 per hour
