Remodeling Professional

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Remodeling Professional to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in residential and commercial remodeling projects, with a strong background in various construction disciplines. This role involves executing renovation tasks with precision, ensuring quality craftsmanship, and adhering to safety standards. The Remodeling Professional will collaborate with project managers, clients, and other trades to deliver exceptional results on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of remodeling tasks including framing, drywall installation, painting, flooring, tile laying, and cabinetry.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to execute projects accurately.
• Manage construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Install doors, windows, stucco, roofing components, glass, and other fixtures as required.
• Conduct construction inspection to ensure quality standards are met throughout each phase of the project.
• Fabricate custom components such as trim carpentry, concrete forms, or masonry elements on-site when necessary.
• Coordinate with other trades for plumbing, electrical work, restoration efforts, or heavy equipment operation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.

Experience

• Proven experience in remodeling or general construction with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and schematics interpretation.
• Hands-on experience with various construction techniques including carpentry (frame, trim), masonry (concrete forming, finishing), roofing, plastering, welding, flooring installation (tile or hardwood), and cabinetry installation.
• Knowledge of construction management principles and estimating is a plus.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam software for digital plan review is desirable but not mandatory.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely when required.
