What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Backroom Associate position at T.J. Maxx?
Key Responsibilities
- Unloading & Receiving: Unload stock and delivery trucks as they arrive at the store.
- Processing Inventory: Break down shipping pallets, sort items by department, and unbox merchandise.
- Preparing Goods: Attach price tags, sensor tags, and hang apparel so items are ready to be pushed to the sales floor.
- Stockroom Maintenance: Keep the backroom clean, safe, organized, and free of clutter.
- Cross-Training: Support general store recovery, cleanliness, and assist on the sales floor or cash wrap as business needs require.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.75 per hour
