T J Davies Company is currently looking for a motivated CNC Mazatrol Program/Set-Up Machine Operator. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day programming and operating of several machines.

Responsibilities:
How You Will Impact Our Organization
- Develop programs for machines in Fanuc and Mazatrol
- Write and/or edit programs, troubleshoot CNC production issues, and provide technical advice for machine setup.
- Prepare work instructions for machine set-up and operations.
- Efficiently set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, turning etc.
- Ensure the proper tooling and computer programs are installed for jobs.
- Monitor CNC machine during production run and adjust programs as necessary.
- Calculate machine speed and feed ratio and the size and position of cuts.
- Use precision measuring instruments and hand tools to verify conformance of finished work pieces to specifications.
- Prioritize work according to leads instructions.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
