Machine Operator

Now hiring Machine Operators in Barberton for all three shifts.

1^st shift: 7am – 3pm, $12.50 per hour.

2^nd shift: 3pm – 11pm, $13.50 per hour.

3^rd shift: 11:30pm – 8am, $13.50 per hour.

Weekly pay.

Job Duties:

• Operate and monitor machinery used in wheel production and metal forming.
• Load raw materials and remove finished products from machines.
• Inspect parts for quality, defects, and proper specifications.
• Perform basic measurements using gauges and measuring tools.
• Maintain consistent production output and meet daily goals.
• Perform routine machine checks and report any issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
