Duties
- Lead and supervise all kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team atmosphere

- Oversee food production processes ensuring consistency, presentation, and quality standards are met or exceeded
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, minimizing waste, and maintaining cost efficiency
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and proper handling procedures across all kitchen operations
- Coordinate catering events and banquet services with precision to deliver memorable dining experiences
- Oversee shift management, including scheduling staff rotations and monitoring performance during service hours

Requirements
- Proven experience in fine dining establishments with a strong background in food production and restaurant management
- Demonstrated supervisory experience leading culinary teams in fast-paced environments
- Extensive culinary experience with expertise in food handling, cooking techniques, and menu planning
- Knowledge of food safety standards and certifications relevant to the food industry
- Experience managing inventory control systems and food service operations effectively
