We are seeking a CNC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and motivated to produce top-quality work.
Responsibilities
- Operate Haas CNC mills and turning centers to produce precision components.
- Make minor program edits and setup changes at the console (G-Code experience preferred).
- Interpret blueprints, prints, and documentation to determine dimensions, tolerances, and machining requirements.
- Select, align, and secure cutting tools, fixtures, and materials.
- Verify first article conformance to specifications and make adjustments as needed.
- Perform in-process inspections to ensure consistent quality.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions or out-of-tolerance conditions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety and environmental policies, including proper use of PPE and material handling.
- Collaborate with supervisors to resolve machining or production issues.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience operating CNC equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of measurement techniques and inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
- G-Code familiarity (preferred).
- Programming or setup experience (preferred but not required).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to grow with the company.

Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour
