Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Perform services on teams for lawn care, mowing, and landscape maintenance.
- Operates a variety of equipment and tools including lawn mowers, trimmers, fertilizer carts, blowers, bed edgers, dump trailers, chainsaws, and hedge trimmers.
- Conduct all work in a safe manner and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Rotates between different crews as needs arise; must be comfortable with daily change.

Works closely with: lawn maintenance, mowing and fert teams, supply yard team, mechanic

Typical Hours: Mon-Fri, 7:00am-5:00pm, some weekends

Summary: The Flex Maintenance Technician is a professional who is proficient in all aspects of lawn mowing & landscape maintenance services. The technician’s main objective is to maintain residential and commercial properties while maintaining a safe work environment. Flex team members display a variety of skills as they fill open spots on crews for the maintenance division. You must possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn. The best applicants are multi-taskers, action-oriented, and can work well under deadlines. You will conduct all the jobs in a safe manner and in accordance with our company core values.
Desired Experience and Education:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a landscaping crew member role.
- Strong base horticulture knowledge.
- Knowledge in most residential irrigation systems preferred.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. without assistance and physically have full range of motion in upper and lower body.
- Nebraska Pesticide Applicators License is a plus.
- Must possess a driver’s license, clean criminal record and have ability to pass a drug test.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
- Must be comfortable working long shifts and weekends when necessary.
Salary : $21 - $25
