Mausbach Grounds Management is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our snow and ice management team for the upcoming winter season!
We provide professional snow and ice removal services throughout the Omaha metro area, servicing commercial properties, HOAs, and other high-priority locations.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform snow removal from sidewalks, entrances, walkways, and other designated areas.
- Operate snow blowers, shovels, spreaders, and other snow removal equipment.
- Apply ice melt and deicing materials as needed.
- Assist equipment operators with clearing commercial properties.
- Work efficiently as part of a crew to maintain safe, accessible properties.
- Properly maintain and care for company equipment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and instructions.
Job Requirements
- Must be available 24/7 during snow and ice events, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have reliable transportation to designated meeting locations.
- Ability to work outdoors in freezing temperatures and challenging winter conditions.
- Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds and performing demanding manual labor.
- Must be punctual, dependable, and ready to work when called.
- Ability to work extended shifts during major snow events.
- Previous snow removal or landscaping experience is preferred but not required.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
