Lawn Mowing Crew Member

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Perform professional mowing services to the highest quality standards 
• Meet or beat man hour goals for each project 
• Ensure proper safety practices are being met 
• Keep an organized job site, truck, and professional appearance at all times 
• Reports to work in a clean uniform and appropriate boots 
• Thoroughly understands and complies with company policies and safety procedures 
• Understand and uphold company standards, The Sun Valley Way 

Measurables: 

• Meet daily work ticket goals 
• Adhere to safety standards and PPE requirements 
• Meet job quality standards 
• Maintain above 95% attendance rating 

Compensation & Benefits:
