Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent with a strong background in large box retail and
industrial storage facility construction, including interior build-outs. This individual will be responsible for
leading all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to
the highest quality standards. This role requires travel to project sites across the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all field operations from project start through close-out.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel.
• Develop and maintain project schedules in coordination with the Project Manager.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Enforce jobsite safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct safety meetings and ensure OSHA compliance on all job sites.
• Conduct daily site walks and maintain detailed daily reports and documentation.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and approvals with local authorities.
• Manage site logistics, including deliveries, staging, and site organization.
• Identify and proactively resolve field issues to keep projects on track.
• Lead subcontractor meetings and communicate progress updates to project stakeholders.
