Role Description The Project Manager role at T. D. Farrell Construction, Inc. is a full-time, on-site position based in Alpharetta, GA. The Project Manager will lead construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination of all project activities. This role includes managing subcontractors and vendors, overseeing procurement and expediting of materials, and ensuring work complies with project specifications, building codes, and safety standards. The Project Manager will conduct regular site visits and inspections, monitor progress against milestones, and proactively resolve issues related to scope, schedule, and cost. Daily responsibilities also include collaborating with internal teams, maintaining clear communication with clients, preparing progress reports, and supporting continuous improvement in project delivery and customer service.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management for construction projects.
- Experience with expeditor and expediting activities, including coordinating material procurement and ensuring timely delivery of equipment and supplies.
- Knowledge of inspection processes, quality control, and compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Background in logistics management, including jobsite coordination, sequencing of work, and managing subcontractor and vendor relationships.
