Deep Clean Technician  Job Description

Position Summary

The Deep Clean Technician is responsible for performing detailed, high standard cleaning tasks that go beyond routine maintenance. This role focuses on restoring cleanliness in high traffic, neglected, or specialized areas by using advanced cleaning methods, equipment, and chemicals. The technician ensures all assigned spaces meet T&D Services’ quality expectations for sanitation, appearance, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform deep cleaning of restrooms, breakrooms, offices, hallways, and specialty areas.

• Scrub, strip, and refinish floors using appropriate equipment.

• Clean and sanitize high touch surfaces, walls, vents, baseboards, and fixtures.

• Remove buildup, stains, and debris from hard to reach or neglected areas.

• Operate commercial cleaning equipment such as auto scrubbers, buffers, extractors, and steam cleaners.

• Conduct carpet extraction, spot treatment, and upholstery cleaning as needed.

• Follow proper chemical handling and safety procedures.

• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards.

• Ensure all work meets T&D Services’ quality standards before completion.

• Maintain equipment cleanliness and report when supplies need replenishing.

• Work independently or as part of a team depending on project size.

• Previous deep cleaning, janitorial, or commercial cleaning experience preferred.

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs.

• Comfortable operating commercial cleaning equipment (training provided if needed).

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures.

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.

• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

• Must follow all safety and PPE requirements.

  Work Environment

• Indoor commercial environments including offices, restrooms, retail spaces, and industrial areas.

• Exposure to cleaning chemicals, odors, and equipment noise.

• Tasks may require working around clients or after business hours depending on project needs.

Salary : $16 - $18
