What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaner position at T&D Cleaning Services?
Looking for someone to clean medical offices three times per week after seven p.m. on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays pay will be discussed upon interview. This would be for a medical facility in Sikeston, MO.
Individuals must be self-motivated and able to follow a routine set of tasks to be performed on a nightly basis as you will work after hours on your own. Must be able to pass drug screen and background check. Must have active cell phone plan and be able to clock in and out on your phone once onsite. All individuals must have reliable transportation. Building checks will be done weekly to track progress.
Duties include:
Removing trash from all receptacles and taking to appropriate disposal
Disinfecting all touch surfaces throughout the facility
Cleaning all glass on inside of facility
Dusting all surfaces as needed (other than staff's personal items)
Restocking all paper products in paper towel, toilet paper, and soap dispensers
Refilling and cleaning hand sanitizers
Vacuum all carpets and rugs
Sweep and mop all floors
Clean and disinfect restrooms
Communicate with managers on supplies needed and if things need repaired in facilities
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years old
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be able to pass drug screen and background check
Must be able to follow direction
Must have reliable phne service to clock in and out
