We're seeking a Facilities Engineer to support facility systems and operations within a high volume manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining critical building systems, supporting projects, coordinating preventative maintenance, and driving continuous improvement across the facility.
This is a hands on engineering role supporting plant operations, equipment reliability, safety, and facility performance.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate preventative maintenance for facility and utility systems
- Support repairs involving electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and mechanical systems
- Assist with facility improvement and equipment installation projects
- Read blueprints and support project planning activities
- Maintain maintenance records, budgets, and documentation
- Ensure facility systems are operating safely and efficiently
- Support contractor management and project commissioning
- Assist with troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and process improvements
- Promote and maintain safety and quality standards across the facility
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Experience supporting facility systems and automated equipment
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and project coordination skills
