JOB OVERVIEW
T Bare Roofing is looking for a Roofing Sales Manager who leads by example. This is a field-based leadership role, not a "sit back in the office" management position. You'll be out in the field daily, self-generating leads, closing your own deals, and coaching your team to do the same.
This is a 1099, fully commission-based position with serious earning potential for the right person. Your income is uncapped, and your success is directly tied to your effort, leadership, and results.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Self-generating leads through door-to-door canvassing
- Closing residential & commercial roofing deals
- Training and developing sales reps
- Coaching your team on canvassing, inspections, presentations, and closing
- Setting expectations, tracking performance, and holding reps accountable
- Leading by example through work ethic, attitude, and results
- Building strong relationships with customers and your sales team
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years in roofing sales (required)
- 2 years in door-to-door sales (required)
- Reliable transportation & valid driver's license (required)
- Proven ability to consistently close deals
- Strong leadership presence and communication skills
- High energy, resilience, and competitive drive
- Willingness to be in the field daily
