What You Will Be Doing
- Hunt for new leads: You’ll be the first point of contact for building owners and managers, using phone, email, and virtual chats to open doors and kickstart fresh commercial relationships
- Set the stage for wins: Your goal is to spot big re-roofing jobs and book solid appointments for our estimators, keeping our outside sales team busy and the pipeline moving
- Sell the "long game": You’ll pitch our Service & Maintenance programs as the best way to keep clients happy for years, rather than just looking for a one-off deal.
- Stay sharp and organized: You’ll keep our CRM tidy, track your own stats (KPIs), and work with the bosses to constantly tweak our strategy for better results.
- 3 years sales in roofing sales, construction sales or a related service-based industry
- Driving license with ability to be insured on company vehicle
- Hunter mindset and ability to self-generate and close leads
- Contacts within the local market related to roofing/building maintenance and services
