What You’ll Do
- Prospect, pitch, and close residential and commercial roofing sales
- Perform roof inspections and create accurate estimates
- Own the customer relationship from start to finish
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and project timelines
- Navigate insurance claims (Xactimate experience is a major plus)
- Build, grow, and dominate your territory with full support from the Monarch team
Who You Are
- Experienced in roofing sales and ready to win bigger
- Competitive, confident, and self-motivated, you like to be the one driving the result
- Skilled at building trust with homeowners and property managers
- Comfortable on roofs, in the field, and in fast-moving environments
- Organized, responsive, and committed to delivering quality
- Driver’s license reliable transportation required
