Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Canton, MI for an Assistant Manager at T&B Play. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for visitors. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, maintaining inventory, assisting guests, and ensuring excellent service delivery. The Assistant Manager will also support event coordination, monitor safety standards, and address customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.

• Leadership and team management skills, including experience supervising staff and coordinating schedules.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to oversee operations, manage inventory, and coordinate events.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers and resolve inquiries or concerns effectively.
• Basic knowledge of safety protocols and standards in public facilities, with the ability to enforce them consistently.
• Customer service and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering a positive guest experience.
• Proficiency in basic administrative tasks, including scheduling and using point-of-sale systems.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts, as needed by the business.
• Experience in the hospitality, recreation, or retail industry is highly desirable.
