SYSTRA is currently seeking qualified Office Engineer. Position will be at 2 Broadway, New York.
Responsibilities:
- Manage submittals from contractors
- Assist experts in preparing, distributing and collecting review comments on submittals from contractors
- Manage letters from contractors
- Prepare monthly reports
- Manage and keep up-to-date project directories
- Update project plans
- Microsoft Office required
- Good communications skills
- Ability to work with others
- Capability to assume additional responsibilities
- Organizational skills
