SYSTEMTEC is seeking a Test Coordinator – Consumer Lending Systems for a hybrid opportunity in McKinney or Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area. The Candidate will support testing activities within a consumer lending and retail banking environment, with a focus on coordinating testing efforts, organizing testing evidence, and tracking progress in Jira. This role ensures that testing activities are properly documented, executed, and aligned with business and system requirements across pre-production and production environments.
Required Qualifications of the Test Coordinator – Consumer Lending Systems:
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
- 3–5 years of experience in QA coordination, UAT support, IT project coordination, or similar testing-related roles
- Experience working in retail banking or consumer lending environments
- Familiarity with consumer credit concepts, loan lifecycle terminology, and banking workflows
- Experience coordinating UAT, pre-production, and production validation testing activities
- Hands-on experience using Jira or similar tools for tracking testing tasks, defects, and documentation
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage testing cycles and maintain accurate documentation
- Experience gathering and organizing testing evidence for reporting or audit purposes
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams
- Experience with loan origination systems is strongly preferred
Preferred Skills/Experience of the Test Coordinator – Consumer Lending Systems:
- Exposure to loan origination platforms such as Newgen, nCino, or Encompass
- Experience supporting Agile/Scrum environments and SDLC processes
- Background in retail banking technology or consumer lending operations
- Familiarity with system implementation or release management processes
Responsibilities of the Test Coordinator – Consumer Lending Systems:
- Coordinate UAT testing activities across business users, QA teams, and technology partners
- Track testing progress, defects, and task updates within Jira
- Gather, organize, and maintain testing evidence to support validation and audit readiness
- Support execution of test cycles across pre-production and production environments
- Communicate testing status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely manner
- Assist in ensuring test activities align with business requirements and release objectives
Work Location: Hybrid role (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) in McKinney or Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area
