We're looking for a personable, energetic, and driven Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing Business Development team. Someone who genuinely loves connecting with people, creating positive experiences, and bringing the right people together. Someone who knows how to build momentum, rally others, and get things across the finish line.

This isn't your traditional HR recruiting role. We're looking for a people champion, brand ambassador, and organized go-getter who will help us attract exceptional talent, move candidates and hiring teams through the recruiting process, and ultimately help great people find the right seat on our team.

You'll be part of a collaborative, dynamic environment where no two days look exactly alike. From connecting with prospective hires and coordinating interviews to representing SWE at career fairs and helping create memorable staff experiences, you'll have the opportunity to build relationships, tackle new challenges, and make a meaningful impact on our people and culture.

What You'll Do...

• Champion the candidate experience. Be a welcoming, responsive, professional and enthusiastic point of contact for prospective SWE team members, creating a positive experience from the first conversation through the hiring process.
• Keep recruiting moving. Coordinate the recruiting process, schedule interviews, communicate next steps, and ensure candidates and hiring teams stay informed, engaged, and on track.
• Connect great people with great opportunities. Review applications, perform candidate screening, coordinate interviews and reference checks, and help our hiring teams identify talented people who can thrive at SWE.
• Represent our brand. Develop and manage job postings, support recruiting campaigns, and help communicate what makes SWE a great place to build a career.
• Build our talent pipeline. Maintain accurate recruiting information, track candidates and opportunities, coordinate recruiting partners, and support initiatives that strengthen our future talent pool.
• Bring people together. Support career fairs, recruiting events, and outreach activities that introduce people to SWE and build meaningful professional connections.
• Create memorable experiences. Help coordinate company events, employee engagement initiatives, and welcoming experiences that strengthen our culture and connect staff across offices.
• Make our process better. Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, candidate communications, tracking tools, and hiring team coordination.
• Partner across the company. Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, Human Resources, and technical leaders to support recruiting priorities and deliver a consistent, high-quality experience.
• Own the details. Manage schedules, maintain accurate and confidential information, track deadlines, and ensure the many moving pieces of recruiting come together successfully.

What You Bring...

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, or equivalent.
• One year of experience in business, administrative coordination, or a related professional office environment, preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, written communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Confidence communicating with a wide range of people, coordinating schedules, and managing multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning new business technologies.
• A willingness to learn and responsibly use AI and emerging tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and quality.
• Experience supporting recruiting activities, candidate communications, hiring processes, or events is a plus.

Pay: $29.00 - $32.00 per hour
