Title: IBM Sterling OMS Developer

Experience Required:
- 7 years of hands-on IBM Sterling OMS development/implementation experience in enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in OMS functional and technical areas, particularly around orchestration workflows and core OMS modules: Participant Modeling, Process Modeling (Sales, Returns & Exchanges, Purchase/DropShip, Transfer Orders), Sourcing, Payments and Invoicing, GIV, Custom Agents, SDF, Catalog, etc.
- Experience working in containerized versions of IBM Sterling OMS.
- Experience in customizing IBM Sterling OrderHub and/ or CallCenter modules.
- Strong hands-on development skills in Core Java and microservices architecture.
- Strong experience with RESTful services, JSON, and integration patterns.
- Solid working knowledge of SQL and data troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated commitment to code quality and unit testing (e.g., JUnit/Mockito or equivalent testing frameworks).
- Hands-on experience using GitHub Copilot agentic frameworks for AI assisted development like GitHub Copilot or similar
Experience Preferred:
- Experience working on cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, etc.
- Experience working on on-prem versions of IBM Sterling OMS on OpenShift platform.
- Familiarity with CICD pipeline design, enhancements and troubleshooting.
- Exposure to frontend technologies such as React and/or TypeScript.
- Automation testing frameworks like Playwright, Selenium
