Summary
The Chief Financial Officer serves as a key member of the executive team and reports directly to the President. This individual is a hands-on, strategic leader responsible for the overall financial direction, stability, and integrity of the organization. The CFO oversees accounting internal controls, financial planning and analysis, reporting, budgeting, and strategic financial initiatives across multiple entities, ensuring sound financial decision-making and long-term growth. This person will report directly to the President.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with organizational goals and growth.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning; analyze variances and trends.
- Oversee financing activities, including debt, leases, capital structure, and covenant compliant
- Support strategic initiatives, including investments, expansion, and operational planning.
- Provide financial insight into business performance, project pipelines, and capital decisions.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, working capital, and credit facilities.
- Oversee project financials, including cost tracking, budgets, forecasts, change activity, and profitability analysis.
- Lead all accounting and finance functions, including GL, AP/AR, reporting, analysis, internal controls, and procedures.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

- Minimum of 8 years of progressive financial leadership experience.
- Demonstrated success overseeing accounting operations, financial planning, and compliance.
