Program Manager – Supply Chain (PMO)
About the Role
We are seeking a Program Manager – Supply Chain to join the client’s Supply Chain Program Management Office (PMO) in Sunnyvale, CA. This role will drive large-scale global supply chain initiatives, ensuring strong governance, execution discipline, and alignment across business and IS&T teams.
The ideal candidate is a strong PMO professional who can balance strategy and execution, communicate effectively with executive leadership, and bring structure to complex global programs. The role also emphasizes leveraging AI tools and automation to improve reporting efficiency, decision-making, and overall PMO productivity.
Key Responsibilities
PMO & Governance
- Operate within established PMO frameworks, governance models, and reporting standards
- Maintain program dashboards, status reports, risks, and dependency logs
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous PMO improvements
- Support adoption of PMO tools, templates, and best practices
Program & Project Delivery
- Lead end-to-end global supply chain programs from initiation to closure
- Collaborate with business and IS&T teams to define and translate requirements
- Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and ensure on-time delivery
- Manage rollout, testing, training, and post-launch retrospectives
- Support business case development, executive approvals, and funding cycles
Stakeholder Management
- Communicate program status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders at all levels
- Act as liaison between business, supply chain, and technology teams
- Manage escalations, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolution
Strategy & Metrics
- Define KPIs and success metrics for supply chain programs
- Develop ROI analysis and executive-level reporting
AI & Automation (Key Focus Area)
- Leverage AI tools to automate PMO reporting, summaries, and documentation
- Identify and implement AI-driven improvements in program tracking and forecasting
- Partner with IS&T to integrate intelligent automation into PMO workflows
- Promote AI adoption to improve efficiency and decision-making across teams
Required Qualifications
- 6 years of experience in global supply chain program or project management
- Strong PMO experience (planning, tracking, risk, dependency management)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Strong understanding of PMO governance and reporting frameworks
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing multiple global programs simultaneously
- Knowledge of SAP or supply chain planning systems
- Lean / Six Sigma or process improvement experience
- Experience using AI tools or automation in PMO reporting/workflows
- PMP / PgMP certification preferred
- Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
