Process Transfer & Manufacturing Engineering Specialist

The Process Transfer & Manufacturing Engineering Specialist will oversee the development, improvement, and transfer of manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include optimizing workflows, analyzing manufacturing methods, ensuring compliance with regulations, and improving efficiency while maintaining quality standards. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving continuous process improvement projects, and providing technical support. This is a contract, on-site role located in Raleigh, NC.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in training team members and facilitating skill development.
• Ability to apply industry best practices to optimize manufacturing and process transfer operations.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance within manufacturing environments (e.g., ISO standards, GMP).
• Proficiency in using statistical tools and manufacturing methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related technical field required.
