Position Overview:

For over 30 years, System Integrations has had a mission to provide innovative technology services by upholding the best in customer service and accountability for our commitments. We are seeking a proactive Inside Sales Coordinator to support our growing sales team across Tennessee. This is a critical role designed to streamline quoting, manage inbound opportunities, and ensure seamless coordination across sales, operations, and project management functions.

The Inside Sales Coordinator will work closely with Account Executives, estimators, and field technicians to manage inbound requests, prepare quotes, and provide exceptional customer service. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and enjoys being the connective tissue between sales, operations, and clients.

What You’ll Do:

Sales Support and Coordination

  • Manage inbound sales requests and coordinate quoting for small to mid-sized opportunities.
  • Collaborate with estimators to ensure timely and accurate quote delivery.
  • Track and follow up on outstanding quotes, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
  • Maintain CRM data integrity and support pipeline visibility for the broader sales team.
  • Act as a liaison between Account Executives, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and clear communication.

Customer Service and Relationship Management

  • Provide responsive, professional support to clients throughout the sales process.
  • Assist with order entry, documentation, and scheduling coordination as needed.
  • Help triage urgent or deadline-driven opportunities that require quick turnaround.
  • Support the team in managing renewals, service agreements, and follow-up communications.

  • 2 years of experience in a sales support, inside sales, or customer service role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with quoting processes and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bonus if experienced in construction, security integration, or facilities services.
