Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with a strong background in Salesforce development and the Salesforce Development Lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and modern Salesforce technologies. Experience with Service Cloud and/or Health Cloud is essential.
Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications using Salesforce best practices.

Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, HTML5, JavaScript, and Salesforce APIs.

Work with Salesforce DX (SFDX) and follow the Salesforce Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Build and enhance Service Cloud and/or Health Cloud applications.

Develop Lightning components and migrate legacy components to Lightning Experience.

Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

Perform code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize application performance.

Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Create technical documentation and support deployment activities.
Required Qualifications

6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

Strong experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX) and the Salesforce Development Lifecycle.

4 years of experience developing within the Salesforce platform using:

Apex

Visualforce
-
Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Aura Components
-
HTML5
-
JavaScript

5 years of experience working with Service Cloud and/or Health Cloud.

3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, including Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and governor limits.

Experience working in Agile development environments.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Conga Composer and Drawloop.

Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
-
Experience with CI/CD and Salesforce deployment tools.
