Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Sourcing Analyst to support IT procurement, sourcing, vendor management, and contract activities. This role will work with IT teams, vendors, Legal, Purchasing, and other stakeholders to manage sourcing projects from requirements and RFP development through vendor selection, contract negotiation, and completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage IT sourcing and procurement projects of various sizes.
• Coordinate RFI/RFP processes, including requirements, Statements of Work (SOW), and vendor evaluations.
• Work with IT teams, vendors, Legal, Purchasing, and other stakeholders.
• Review and support IT contracts, renewals, amendments, SOWs, and SLAs.
• Assist with vendor selection, negotiations, pricing, and contract terms.
• Develop project plans and track sourcing activities, approvals, and deadlines.
• Monitor vendor performance, issues, actions, and follow-up activities.
• Track procurement approvals, purchase orders, and required documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and organize sourcing documents using SharePoint and other procurement systems.
• Prepare weekly status reports and provide updates to leadership.
• Support compliance reviews, NDA processing, and other procurement documentation.
• Assist with IT procurement and compliance activities for state agencies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong experience in IT sourcing, procurement, vendor management, or contract management.
• Experience with IT products/services such as SaaS, application development, consulting, or maintenance/support.
• Experience with RFP/RFI processes, SOWs, SLAs, contract renewals, amendments, or change orders.
• Strong contract negotiation, pricing, and vendor management skills.
• Strong project and process management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vendors, contracts, and projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of IT licensing and contracting practices.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with public-sector purchasing or procurement.
• Experience with tools such as Archer.
• Knowledge of government, security, or compliance requirements.
• IT background with previous experience managing vendors or IT services.
• Experience with Workday or similar procurement/workflow systems.
