Job Description
Seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Manager to support the Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation (BCI). The selected candidate will be responsible for reviewing, entering, researching, and maintaining accurate criminal history records while handling requests from courts, judges, and law enforcement agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and enter criminal history record data accurately.
- Verify records to ensure information is complete and up to date.
- Research criminal history records using digital systems and manual files.
- Access court, law enforcement, and internal office databases to retrieve and update information.
- Process fax and email requests from courts, judges, and police departments.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive criminal justice information.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage confidential records accurately.
- Familiarity with criminal justice procedures is preferred but not required.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work onsite.
Additional Requirement: The selected candidate must pass a background investigation, including reference checks.
