Job Summary
The RI Department of Health is seeking an External Partnerships Operations Manager to support public health programs, community partnerships, and agency operations. This role will coordinate resources, workflows, meetings, records, and community-facing activities while supporting program improvement and implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate programs, projects, resources, and workflows across internal teams and external partners.
- Maintain accurate agency files, records, tracking systems, inventories, and administrative documentation.
- Organize and analyze program information and prepare reports and recommendations for leadership.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and track follow-up action items.
- Identify operational needs, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Support community-facing activities and public health initiatives.
- Manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and projects simultaneously.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Public Administration, Social Work, Human Services, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in program coordination, project administration, community programs, public health, healthcare, human services, or related areas.
- Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
- Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus.
- Ability to travel throughout Rhode Island with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Salary : $45 - $50
