Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Programmer to support a large-scale enterprise transformation initiative. This role will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping drive business process improvements, system modernization efforts, and technical solution development.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams.
- Analyze existing business operations, workflows, and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
- Redesign and document future-state business processes and workflows.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and technical requirements.
- Support system implementation, organizational readiness, and change management activities.
- Develop and enhance technical solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Assist with modernization and conversion of existing database-driven processes and applications.
- Support solutions leveraging SQL-based technologies, business intelligence, analytics, and collaboration platforms.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings, workshops, process reviews, and project planning sessions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for requirements, business processes, system enhancements, and project deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst on enterprise-level projects.
- Experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing business requirements.
- Proven background in business process improvement and process redesign initiatives.
- Strong understanding of software development and system implementation lifecycles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
