Job Title: Technical Project ManagerLocation – NYC, New York (Onsite work only)Fulltime permanent job (Salary per annum Benefits) Key Responsibilities:· Apply standard Project Management (PM) methodologies to manage end-to-end project delivery.· Handle resource planning, allocation, and coordination across teams.· Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues, and escalate appropriately.· Use hands-on experience with Salesforce and Workday to guide project decisions and align with business needs.· Demonstrate strong working knowledge of Workday Financial and Business modules, including key functional areas.· Collaborate effectively with Workday Professional Services teams during implementation and post-production phases.· Communicate in “Workday language” — able to understand configurations, business processes, integrations, and Workday operations at a functional level.· Lead UAT orchestration by coordinating test planning, execution, and readiness activities as the project approaches go-live. Required Skills:· 7–12 years of IT experience with at least 3 years as a Technical Project Manager.· Hands-on experience managing Salesforce Workday integrations.· Strong understanding of Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).· Strong understanding of Workday HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, or related modules.· Experience working with APIs, middleware tools, and integration platforms.· Solid knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and project governance frameworks.· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skillsCompany DescriptionSystemart is in business for 25 years and recently awarded as Best Staffing Firm to work for in 2025.
