Certified Nurses Assistant

Job Title – Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Unit – Acute Care

Duration of Assignment – 13 Weeks

Location – Brockton, Massachusetts

Shift – Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, Every Other Weekend & Holidays as Needed)

Guarantee Hours – 36 Hours per Week

Salary Range – Up to $30/hr

Job Duties:
• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Assist with ADLs, patient comfort, and mobility.
• Support IV team with procedures (PICC, midline, PIV setup and care).
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC EMR.
• Respond to call lights, pages, and patient needs promptly.
• Ensure unit cleanliness, stocking supplies, and equipment maintenance.

Requirements:
• Active Massachusetts CNA certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of acute (hospital) care experience required.
• BLS certification required.
• EPIC EMR experience required.
• Must have open availability (no block scheduling).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
