Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and service-focused Customer Service Representative to manage incoming service requests, coordinate field technicians, and support general office operations. This is a key role that connects our customers to solutions and ensures our service team runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails, triage service requests, and communicate with customers
- Schedule and dispatch technicians based on availability, skillset, and urgency of the issue
- Track service calls and ensure timely follow-ups and completion documentation
- Collaborate with the operations team to assign resources and manage workload
- Maintain accurate service records and customer notes in our CRM
- Support basic administrative tasks including filing, ordering materials, and updating logs
- Assist with service invoicing and billing processes as needed
- The ideal candidate will have the ability to offer level 1 tech support
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, dispatching, or administrative support
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computers and scheduling/CRM software
- Professional phone manner and attention to detail
- Experience in the low-voltage or service industry is a plus

- Normally 8 hour shifts Monday to Friday, weekend and holiday rotating on-call shifts may be required
