Job Description
Senior Level Management of a federally contracted engineering business sector, responsible for pipeline, major capture actions, annual revenue growth and EBIDTA, contract tactical execution, major customer reviews, recruitment of key growth initiatives, strategy, budget projections and compliance, and employee leadership in corporate quality goals, ethics, and culture.
Asset Areas
Federal research and development and engineering services, agile management, MOA, supporting project offices, labs, and CYBER centers. Business base is predominantly Army, focused on engineering services growth with AF, Navy, MDA, and Space Command.
Marketing Assets
EXPRESS IDIQ and GSA prime contracts, outstanding CPARS, enhanced publications department, competitive burdens, and seasoned customer relationships.
Responsibilities
Direct oversight management of government programs for missile and space acquisition programs.
Plan strategic business expansion, lead marketing functions, identify and recruit triple threats, develop operating budgets, business plans, and MBR products that support annual objectives.
Responsible for staffing, motivation, and continuous improvement to attain corporate targets.
Regularly interfaces with customers for quality compliance, open communications, business expansion, and continuous funding.
Propose and manage FFP, T&M, CPAF, and FPLOE task orders.
Serve in a reporting role and manage 100 employees.
Responsible for the development and accountability of the strategy, pipeline, and waterfall.
Responsible for the success of the P/L.
Serves as a capture and proposal manager on technical multi-year contract bids in excess of $80M each.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
At least 15 years of experience in engineering program management at the technical level, with a minimum of 8 years in industry.
P/L experience with bottom line accountability.
Active Secret Security Clearance; TS preferred.
Services Management Experience For Industry, Preferred.
